About Course
The Foundation Hunyuan T’ai Chi form, from learning basic postures to proper stance and stepping and turning. At the heart of learning Hunyuan T’ai Chi is the mastery of circular rhythms. This teaches the body how to engage in a circular motion with natural cyclical actions, like the repeating of the day’s phases and the year’s seasons. A healthy exercise routine, that in this course includes 24 different movements, divided into 4 sections.

Requirements
