With emotions the focus is oftentimes philosophical and abstract. In Hunyuan Heart Practical Methods, Dr Yaron Seidman supplements practical applications from Huai Xuan and Hunyuan. The student will learn techniques to assist emotional recovery, such as ledger practice and Shi Yinfu story, Heart dichotomy and Finding Center, Xinfa Meditation, pop music healing and reaching to the diamond heart. To complete the practical expedition, Dr Seidman brings a full translation and insight into the ancient text: Essential Explanations for Guarding One’s Body and Destiny 保身立命要言.
