About Course

IYD collection of exercises includes 5 sections with 59 short sessions of easy-to-do exercises to get your day started. The exercises are Tai Chi inspired, however simplified so to allow benefit without complexity. With only 10 minutes a day you can ignite your daily energy effectively.
