About Course
Huai Xuan Calm Mind teaches various calming and meditative techniques from the Huai Xuan school. The Calm Mind process focuses on getting to know the mind and Self in a practical way with exercise. With 57 techniques divided into five sections, going through the Calm Mind process a student will be able to recharge and sleep better, calm the emotions and gain clarity of mind. Calm Mind prepares the body and mind for the following day, thinking becomes positive and focus increases.
