About Course
The Intermediate level Hunyuan Tai Chi 48 form, teaches basic postures, proper stance, stepping and turning as well as basic circular rhythm. It helps the body engage a circular motion conforming to natural cyclical actions. A healthy exercise routine. This sequence of movements, a form, is a continuation of the form Hunyuan Tai Chi 24. In this course movements 25-48 are taught. Prior knowledge of the first 24 moves is expected.
