About Course
The advanced level Hunyuan Tai Chi form with 24 unique moves. It teaches rapid advance and retreat, leaping, twisting and engaging. It helps the body develop high level timing and agility. This form is also called San Shou Pao or Free Sparring Cannons, transmitted privately from master Feng Zhiqiang to Yaron Seidman and taught here in full. As this form is dynamic and advanced, the learner should possess martial arts or athletics physical ability. Prior Tai Chi knowledge is optional.
